Within that period if unit holders/house owners wishes to take charge of the management of the complex then, the company / Builder / Developer can think of handing over the charge to the society after formation of the society managing governing body , but there will be no-financial liability or commitment on the Builder/Developer.The Builder/Developer will in no case be responsible / liable to refund any amount cash or in kind and the responsibility of the Developer / builder will cease from that date
